​​The first level measures 700sq and has 10ft high ceilings and big windows for excellent lighting. The second level measures 800 sq ft and has 9 ft high ceilings. This space includes a private bathroom and a full kitchen (available upon request).

​​The studio space measures approximately 500sq and features big windows for excellent lighting. The Studio space is perfect for someone looking for an event with a creative flare. There is a private bathroom for the studio space. No Kitchen is available in this space, but arrangements can be made to use the first floor kitchen space.
The Gallery is a high-end space that is inviting and easily accessible by buses 211 and 201. The Gallery has a central location and is within walking distance to the waterfront.
