ARTIST'S STATEMENT
As an artist, Wisebrod aspires to open a dialogue with the viewer. His works explore the human condition, life cycles, the resiliency of nature and the experience of natural phenomenon within the context of the urban landscape.
His source material consists of drawings, memory, and photographs. Light is an important aspect in Wisebrod’s paintings; using it to define form and give life to certain elements of his art.
