To the extent possible, Viva Vida will implement sanitary and security measures as indicated by the health authorities regarding COVID-19. Upon entering, we ask that you please sanitize your hands, and wear a mask if necessary. Like all public spaces and businesses, Viva Vida cannot eliminate all risks. We ask our clients to acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that they may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19.

To reduce this risk, the following people MUST stay home:

• Anyone who has symptoms compatible with COVID-19 or has had close contact with anyone who has symptoms, which include but are not limited to : coughing, shortness of breath, fever, etc. 

• Anyone who has been told to self-isolate by their regional public health office.

• Anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19. 

• Anyone who has had close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19.

• Anyone who has returned from travelling until their period of self-isolation is over.

By participating in activities and events hosted by Viva Vida Art Gallery, clients must assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury, illness, death, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that they may experience or incur in connection with their attendance at the Gallery or participation in Gallery programming.
