Viva Vida Art Gallery is pleased to announce opening our doors to the public as we continue to share our love for art with the community. However, we must ensure that our NEW POLICIES PERTAINING TO COVID-19 are available for all to understand. The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person-to-person contact. To the extent possible, Viva Vida will implement sanitary and security measures as indicated by the health authorities regarding COVID-19. Upon entering, we ask that you please sanitize your hands, and wear a mask if available. We also ask that our clients would continue practicing safe social distancing from others (2m distance). Like all public spaces and businesses, Viva Vida cannot eliminate all risks. We ask our clients to acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that they may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19.

To reduce this risk, the following people MUST stay home:

  • Anyone who has symptoms compatible with COVID-19 or has had close contact with anyone who has symptoms, which include but are not limited to : coughing, shortness of breath, fever, etc.

  • Anyone who has been told to self-isolate by their regional public health office.

  • Anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19.

  • Anyone who has had close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19.

  • Anyone who has returned from travelling until their period of self-isolation is over.

By participating in camp programs, activities, and events hosted by Viva Vida Art Gallery, clients must assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury, illness, death, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that they may experience or incur in connection with their attendance at the Gallery or participation in Gallery programming.
